Deliveries
Please try and give us as much notice as possible for all deliveries,same day deliveries can usually be done locally,but we will endeavor to deliver out of locality same day if at all possible.
If the person receiving the flowers are not in at the time of delivery we will if at all possible try and leave them with a neighbor,and a card will be placed through the door informing the person of our actions,or they will be left in a safe place,if this is not possible the flowers will be brought back to our shop,again the person will be told of our actions.
We do operate a delivery charge,but if in Clayton the charge is free providing the order is for at least £15.
Order Times
Please allow as much notice as possible for orders especially during busy times such as Mothers day,Valentines Day, Christmas etc.
Credit Cards
We will take orders by telephone,and accept payment by credit card,and you may pay by most of the major credit cards including American Express.
Please note that when placing a order with a credit card you are declaring that you are the authorized person named on the credit card.
